"Quite a while ago, metaphrog from Glasgow were very much into designing their first Louis
stories. One special day some rare vinyl by hey from Berlin drifted to their music
loving shores. They sent heart breaking comic books in return. hey and metaphrog got to know each other a little. After a while they found it was time to share a story, drawings and music
and searched for somebody special to join. They were looking for a long time.
Then, finally, múm from iceland were on the right spot just before heading off to an amazing
round camping trip. Friends were made, parcels were sent overseas.

received multiple Eisner and Ignatz award
nominations and critical acclaim worldwide.
hey is the the austrian musician Helmut
Erler. He has been into music ever since he
was very young, touring the world with a
boys' choir from innsbruck/tyrol. Moving to
berlin a few years later helped him deepen
his unique alpine lofi dub mixture of acoustic
and electronic instruments, vocals and
melodika. Out of the studio he is performing
live club- theatre and filmmusic together
with an old friend: hey-o-hansen.múm is now a trio. It used to be a quartet,
but one cannot fight change. Being fewer
does not necessarily make them more
lonely, because they are often joined by
other musicians. If múm's precious
instruments and gadgets were all stolen,
they would make do with a saw,
a pot, a harmonica and a pair of tapshoes.
